There is a minimum booking of three hours to ensure that the babysitting job is viable. In our experience the combination of the hourly rate and the minimum booking of three hours provide the balance required to ensure our professional babysitters are prepared to attend bookings.
The babysitter is paid by you at the end of the booking in cash, this includes any additional fuel charges that may occur. RMB will endeavour to find a babysitter for you on request, but cannot always guarantee this will be possible. We suggest at least 24 hours' notice for bookings to avoid any disappointment. The Nanny Rate is negotiable between the client and the nanny - the current market nanny rates vary between regional areas, along with the nannies experience and qualifications. If you require help in regards to the current markets nanny rates please contact your nearest area office.
NB: RMB holds the right to withhold start date of nanny if agency fee has not been paid.
RMB postnatal services are flexible and custom made to tailor for all your requirements and individual needs - contact your area office for more details.
RMB can provide overnight care for our clients and depending on your requirements and needs these costs vary from region to region. Please contact your area office to discuss further. Many clients employ a proxy parent/temp live in nanny to enable them to go away on business or a break away without the client. We can also provide care for families, that may have someone in hospital or having another baby and require help.

Parking is to be paid by the family if the booking is within the Inner City - we advise the client and the babysitter to organise parking before the booking time. Babysitters can charge a fuel charge if they are required to use their own cars during the babysitting booking. The babysitter will keep their own log book of distance travelled.
Cancellation Fees Apply
The agency booking fee is non-refundable after babysitter confirmation is made.
If cancellation of the babysitter is made by you (the client) within 3 hours of start time, a minimum of 3 hours will be charged to you and forwarded on to the babysitter. If RMB is unable to confirm your babysitting booking - a full refund of agency fee will be given.
