- A caring, down-to-earth family of five residing in 6430 Baar, seeking an affectionate and loving full-time nanny/housekeeper to join their family long-term. They need someone to care for their three children—a 6-year-old boy and 2-year-old twin girls—and manage the household with dedication and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
Childcare Duties:
- Provide overall daily care for the three children, ensuring their safety, happiness, and developmental growth.
- Engage the children with stimulating and age-appropriate activities, fostering their holistic needs.
- Care for the twin girls full-time on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, attending to all their physical needs.
- Pick up the twins from nursery on Tuesdays and Thursdays and occasionally pick up our son from school by car.
- Encourage outdoor exploration with the children, regardless of the weather.
- Prepare lunch and cook healthy dinners for the children.
Household Management Duties:
- Maintain a clean and tidy environment in the main living areas and children's bedrooms.
- Organize and tidy the children's rooms and belongings.
- Perform household cleaning tasks while the children are in nursery/school, including the kitchen, living room, and children's areas.
- Manage laundry and ironing.
- Run errands such as recycling, post office visits, tailor, and light grocery shopping.
- Ensure the household runs smoothly and efficiently.
Working Hours:
- This full-time role covers approximately 42 hours over 5 days.
- Monday: 8am-6pm
- Tuesday: 11am-6pm (twins in Kita until 3:30pm)
- Wednesday: 8am-6pm
- Thursday: 11am-6pm & every 2nd Thursday until 10pm (twins in Kita until 3:30pm)
- Friday: 8am-4pm
- Flexibility for additional hours during school holidays, occasional overnight/weekend stays (compensated extra).
Main Requirements:
- Fluent in English, German, or French.
- Qualified and experienced with young children, ideally with twins.
- Valid driver's license and good driving skills; a car is ideal but can be provided.
- Valid Work Permit for Switzerland, Swiss Passport or EU Passport
- Mom works from home.
